At Incubatr, we believe that digital transformation should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and services, adhering to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Our Accessibility Features

Screen Reader Support

Full compatibility with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. All interactive elements have descriptive ARIA labels.

Keyboard Navigation

All functionality accessible via keyboard. Logical tab order, visible focus indicators, and skip navigation links included.

High Contrast & Colors

WCAG AAA contrast ratios (minimum 7:1). Color is never the only means of conveying information.

Resizable Text

Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality. Relative units (rem, em) used throughout.

Semantic HTML

Proper heading hierarchy (H1-H6), semantic elements (nav, main, article, footer), and ARIA landmarks.

Responsive Design

Fully responsive across devices. Touch targets minimum 44×44 pixels. Mobile-first approach.

Alternative Text

All images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images marked with empty alt attributes.

No Time Limits

No automatic timeouts or time-based restrictions. Users control their own pace of interaction.

Media Alternatives

Video captions, audio transcripts, and text alternatives provided for all multimedia content.

Our website has been tested with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and ZoomText. We conduct regular accessibility audits and user testing with people with disabilities.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas may have accessibility issues. We are actively working to resolve:

Third-party integrations: Some embedded content (e.g., Calendly, YouTube) may have accessibility limitations controlled by external providers. We advocate for improvements with these providers.
PDF documents: Older PDF files may not be fully tagged or accessible. We are working to remediate all PDF content and provide HTML alternatives where possible.
Complex data tables: Some grant comparison tables may be challenging for screen reader users. We provide CSV download options as alternatives.
Animated content: Some decorative animations may cause discomfort for users with vestibular disorders. We respect prefers-reduced-motion preferences where implemented.

We are committed to addressing these limitations in upcoming releases. Target completion: Q2 2026.
